The Boxer Canada Rescue is not a breeders group, instead they take in neglected adult boxers and sometimes one with a puppy.
Volunteer organizations screen all potential adopters in order to place their dogs into the most suitable homes. Adopted dogs can make wonderful pets. It is important to teach your puppy to respect you and make teaching sessions a part of necessary and enjoyable activities of the day. Every prospective owner has to fill out an application form and invite a volunteer for a home visit. It is done to verify the conditions in which the dog will be maintained.
